And the two cookies and handful (s...) of reeces pieces still count, even though no one saw you eat them.
Oh, and wearing those athletic shorts around the house while trying out your new running shoes does not count as exercise.

Stop keeping chips and reeses in the house.
Take my advice, buy some Dannon Fit n' Free Vanilla Yogurt at 80cal/cup and some frozen mixed berries (or some other frozen no sugar added fruit). Pour out a serving of the frozen fruit, let sit at RT for 10min (or not) and then pour some yogurt on it. Very satisfying.
Chocolate Ricotta Cremes are good too. Cocoa + ricotta cheese + 1 packet equal + 1tsp. vanilla.
I know because I"m working on losing all the weight this fucking job prompted me to gain with all the stress and job hatred.
